摘要
Historical relics reflect traditional features and local characteristics during a certain historical period and were the concentrated embodiment of a city's cultural heritage. Historical relics which are preserved with a good plan bring large economic, social and ecological benefits to the city, so they have drawn more attention in recent years. In spite of this, there are many problems in development and protection of historical relics. Top priorities are put on how to coordinate the needs of different groups of people, to retain the authenticity of historical relics, and to make them rejuvenated. In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to divide elements related to the planning of historical relics into different levels. Based on this, a quantitative and qualitative analysis is conducted to establish criteria to preserve historical relics.
