摘要
The results of study of the circuit configuration of an external source of electric current on the wear rate of polytetrafuorehylene-based polymeric composite materials with various concentrations of superdispersed filler are considered. The mechanisms of tribo-EMF generation and appearance of the friction transfer film during friction of polymeric composites with a steel counterbody in a DC electric circuit are described. It is shown that the configuration of the metal-polymeric friction unit in the electric circuit affects its wear resistance.
