摘要：

Object-Oriented programming (OOP) has been accepted as one of the best techniques for programming. With OOP style, it is easy for a group of people to develop an application. C++ is one of the most popular languages for implementing OOP style. The advantage of C++ over other languages is demonstrated in this paper. An efficient data structure for power system network is proposed. Class hierarchy for power system network is also demonstrated in this paper.
