摘要：

With education reform of professional education deepening, lagging behind of education management reform in professional education has become the bottleneck in restraining the improvement of teaching quantity. In the process of deepening the reforms of educational systems and teaching modes in professional education, researches on the characteristics and laws of professional education management must be strengthened, fundamental principles to be adhered to must be explored, and the education management mechanism must be innovated so as to promote the comprehensive development of professional education.
