摘要：

Modern laryngology and phonosurgery demands precise microsurgical techniques. The surgeon must be able to work bimanually, and the operating field must be optimal. The device we have described readily fulfills these needs. It is inexpensive, simple to use, and easy to adjust. The laryngeal strap is to be developed commercially by John Weiss Ltd., England, and is expected to retail for less than $150.
