摘要
The transmission network planning is an optimizing and combined process targeting at various objectives. The feasibility of the model increases the diversity of the planning. In accordance with the single-economy traditional planning model, the flexible factors were considered in the model, and the transmission network planning model was dependent upon the ratio of the comprehensive investment operation cost and surplus transmission capacity based on a hierarchy of voltage. It introduced N-1 constraint and improved the network security to simultaneously guarantee the economy and flexibility. Differential evolution algorithm(IDEA), which was improved by more mutation strategies, was used to build the planning model. Comparing with the single-economy planning model with the help of examples, the model and algorithm are verified to be feasible.
