摘要
Two-dimensional turbulent gas now and particle trajectories under the influence of an electric field are calculated by using the commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) package, FLUENT, combined with a finite-volume solver for the electric field and ion charge. Particle charge is determined from local electric conditions and cell residence time. Particle charge density is evaluated hom the Lagrangian calculation of the particle motion. The effects of particulate space charge on the electric field and current now are investigated.
