Effect of cerium on structure and performance of the desulfurization with nanocrystalline ZnO at room temperature

摘要
Nanocrystalline ZnO doping Ce for desulfurization was preparation with the method of homogeneous deposit and the element composition and the structure were analyzed by TG-DTA and XRD. Taking H2S as model pollutant, the effects of the molar ratio of Ce:Zn, the temperature, oxygen content and space velocity on the sorbent desulfurization were investigated. The results showed that the adding of Ce refined the active grain size and increased the desulfurization of sorbent. The sorbent desulfurization has very high desulfurization activity in the normal atmosphere with a space velocity of 9500 h(-1) and at 25 degrees C without oxygen and with a molar ratio of Ce: Zn is 4:100.
