摘要
The KGd1-xEux(WO4)(2) nanocrystals were synthesized by the modified Pechini method. Their structure was determined by using X-ray diffraction measurements. It was found that increasing annealing temperature from 650 to 800 degrees C the averaged size of narrocrystals increased from 23 to 53 nm, respectively. The excitation, luminescence spectra and decay times of Eu:KGd(WO4)(2) (KGW) nanocrystals were measured. The effect of grain size on luminescence properties of Eu:KGW nanocrystals was observed.
