摘要
Crystallographically textured ferroelectric and piezoelectric ceramics are prepared by tape casting of slurries containing powder particles with shape anisotropy. This paper describes the overview of these methods and the application of reactive-templated grain growth (RTGG) method to (100)-textured Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 (BNT) and 96Bi(0.5)Na(0.5)TiO(3)-6BaTiO(3) (BNT-BT) ceramics.
