To extract the ore leaching solutions of the rare earth elements (REE) concentrates using technology based on physical-chemical methods: extraction of organic reagents, Ion Exchange and others. The work explores the use of ion flotation with surface-active substances (NaDS) sodium dodecyl sulfate. Distribution and separation coefficients in aqueous solutions at different pH have been estimated. Hydroxo complexes of the REE in solutions have been analyzed. Furthermore, in the experiment the effect of adding chloride ions to the system is established. Comparing the pH values of complex formation, the pH at which begins the formation of complexes or hydrates and pH to removal the maximum value of the pH. In solutions which contain yttrium or ytterbium and erbium exist two-stage complex formation of the hydroxo complexes - MeOH2+ and Me(OH)(2)(+), respectively. Therefore, the ion flotation of cations of these metals are removal to the foam in the form of hydroxo complexes the following composition: MeOH(DS)(2), Me(OH),DS, Me(OH)(3). The exception is yttrium, whose pH above pH(hydr), maximum recovery and therefore there is no extraction of hydroxides.
