摘要：

To implement the changes of new physical education curriculum reform, it firstly needs to change the teaching philosophy. A person's thought determines his individual behavior; a country or a school's physical education teaching philosophy determines its physical education teaching behavior which influences its students' physical exercise and learning methods.
