摘要
Hemifusus tuba Gmelin is a commercially important gastropod species, but has been suffering from severe population decline due to overexploitation and the damage of natural habitat. In this study, 42 microsatellite DNA markers were developed from transcriptome sequences (alleles/locus: 2-10; observed heterozygosity: 0.067-1.000, expected heterozygosity: 0.097-0.897). Five loci were found deviate significantly from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. These microsatellite loci will contribute to the effective genetic conservation management of this species.
