摘要
Many sensors translate a physical quantity into an impedance, Examples are chemical sensors with a dedicated sensitive layer that changes with the concentration of the interesting species. The concentration of ethanol/gasoline mixtures, however, fan be directly analysed by the permittivity of the fluid mixture. The impedance may be analysed with different methods. This paper presents a new method for impedance analysis that has been designed with the idea of mixed-signal integration in mind. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science S.A.
