摘要
(Figure Presented) No need to FRET: An efficient chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer (CRET) between luminol and CdTe quantum dots (QDs) is demonstrated. The system is based on horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-QD conjugates and the luminol/hydrogen peroxide chemiluminescence reaction. Multiple QD acceptors with different emission wavelengths can also be used simultaneously. The CRET approach can offer an alternative to fluorescence energy transfer (FRET) investigations. © 2006 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
