摘要
The effect of nitrite loading rate, organic carbon category and loading rate was investigated on simultaneous removal of organic carbon, sulfide, nitrate and nitrite by the mixotrophic denitrification and desulfurization process. This simultaneous respiratory process could be explained in terms of the microbial diversity. The 50mgC/(L center dot d) of glucose and 25mgC/(L center dot d) of acetate sodium were suitable for denitrification-desulfurization. Furthermore, the suitable loading rate of nitrite was 50mgN/(L center dot d), at which the sulfate produced to removal sulfide was 50% and the removal rates of sulfide and nitrite could reach 99.9% and 99.76%.
