摘要
The safety of the operation of the Airspace System is the guarantee of flight safety. In this paper, the composition of Airspace System are defined first. Then we developed the Fuzzy Set Pair Analysis model to assess the safety level of the system. In the model, Safety Assessment Index Mechanism of the Airspace System Operation is developed. And the index weight is determined by information entropy. With the use of entropy weight, the results can be much more objective. The application result shows that the model is acceptable.
