摘要：

Service-oriented network platform is the hub position in the social and economic operation, which has become an indispensable part of people's daily life and socio-economic. Based on the UNIX system philosophy, the paper design a set of core tools including service network system kernel of the dynamic optimization, data storage, network optimization and relationship mining, e system creates maintenance tools, system services growth tools, visualization tools, etc. Architectural approaches are given about application system of Service-oriented network platform. And Main measures are put forward, which is the re-design of the architecture of the platform; redesigned platform ecosystem value chain; adjust the organizational structure and business processes.
