摘要
The problem of the heat transfer in the tire is modeled as the axisymmetric heat transfer problem and the corresponding boundary conditions are discussed. The temperature field in the tire is simulated with Ansys. The simulated results prove that there exists dramatic temperature gradient in the tire and the peak value of the temperature exists in the tread of the tire while the lowest temperature exists in the bilateral side of the tire. Sensitivity of the running velocity, the coefficient of the heat transfer and the coefficient of heat conductivity to the temperature distribution are also simulated and the simulated results prove that the peak temperature is very sensitive to the three factors simulated. Basing on the simulated results, some advices are given to the structure design and material selection of the tire to void high temperature increase in rolling.
