摘要
Perovskite-type LaFeO3 has been synthesized hydrothermally under Na2CO3-containing medium, and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), SEM, IR and ICP. The product corresponds to orthorhombic perovskite-type LaFeO3, with a cubic habit over a small particle size range of 10-20 mu m. The LaFeO3 formation temperature decreased by about 150 degrees C by introducing carbonate into the hydrothermal system. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
