摘要
Supporting body of diatomite-based porous ceramics was prepared by solid-phase sintering and low-temperature calcination process. Nano-TiO2 film was loaded on the surface by hydrolysis deposition method taking titanium tetrachloride as the precursor. Composite structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope. The photo-catalytic property of TiO2 thin film was investigated by the degradation of malachite green. Results indicated that TiO2 crystal calcined at 550. was anatase; Average particle size of TiO2 is about 10 nm; When TiO2 film was irradiated 6h under ultraviolet, the degradation ratio for 5 mg/L malachite green aqueous solution reached 86.2%.
