摘要：

The strategic meaning of the study of interactive development of enterprises and regions are put forward at the beginning of this thesis. Then the strategic framework for the interactive development of enterprises and regions is discussed, that is, from the core capability to the regional growth pole, from the core value chain to the regional development axis and from the core value network to the regional development network, is discussed.
