摘要
In the "Chinese the Belt and Road Initiative" vision, China has clear up their own ability and willingness of countries along the various forms of assistance in infrastructure construction. Kazakhstan-as the most closely western foreign trade of China has the urgent need for national infrastructure construction especially the non energy sectors of infrastructure. China also hope opened up the west cooperation channel, deepen cooperation with Kazakhstan. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the development of present research infrastructure in Kazakhstan and China in terms of infrastructure investment and financing status in Kazakhstan. And it is urgent to put forward the two countries in the future cooperation in infrastructure interoperability development direction and suggestions.
