摘要：

A 60-year-old man with diabetes mellitus was referred for Tc-99m terrofosmin stress/rest SPECT screening test for occult coronary artery disease. SPECT revealed a partially reversible perfusion defect in the apex and distal anterior and distal septal segments. Coronary angiography indicated a left anterior descending artery occlusion on his third segment with a fistula leading to the right ventricle. From these results, the patient was diagnosed as having a coronary cameral fistula with limited myocardial ischemia around a small necrotic area.
