摘要：

On the basis of analysing the present situation of Beijing Suburbs Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Capacity and the process of Regional Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation, the paper establishes evaluation index system of Beijing Suburbs Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Capacity, and choices the Factor analysis method to analysis and evaluate the Beijing Suburbs Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Capacity and raise policy suggestions.
