摘要
SbLLH (1a-1d) have been prepared by the reaction of Sb(OPr1)(3) and LH2 [R'C(NYOH)CHC(R)OH] in 1:2 molar ratio in refluxing benzene. The reactions of SbLLH with Al(OPr1)(3) in equimolar ratio yield the heterodinuclear derivatives SbLLAl(OPr1)(2) (2a-2d). All these derivatives (1a-1d and 2a-2d) have been characterized by elemental analysis and molecular weight measurements and a plausible structure has been suggested, on the basis of spectral studies, i.e. IR, NMR (H-1, C-13 and Al-27). Antibacterial activity of (LH2)-H-1 and its derivative (SbLLH)-L-1-H-1 are also described in this manuscript.
