Cultural heritage protection is of great importance for society development, and cultural heritage of architectures is a key component of cultural communication and inheritance. Therefore, in this paper, we discuss how to model cultural heritage with spatial information technology. In particular, spatial information technology is regarded as the third fastest developmental new technology following biotechnology and nanotechnology. Particularly, the spatial information technology contains geographic information system, remote sensing and global positioning system. The cultural atmosphere of many cities in the history of architectural heritage can develop continuously, and the urban architectural heritage should be well protected. The proposed cultural heritage modeling system is made up of two modules: 1) Monitoring, and 2) Analyzing. Utilizing the proposed solution, Cultural Heritage can be modeled effectively.
