摘要
A new variant of field-flow fractionation (FFF) with electroosmotically driven flow is proposed and studied by mathematical modeling. Retention, efficiency, and resolution for FFF with asymmetrical electroosmotic flow are compared with the case of classical FFF with Poiseuille flow. The possibility to combine asymmetrical electroosmotic flow and Poiseuille flow for FFF is discussed. (C) 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
