摘要
In this paper, analysis and design method of a mode-suppression bandpass filter is proposed. The topology of the proposed bandpass filter is composed by a stub-loaded periodic structure which has good ability of transmission mode controlling. The effective suppressions of transmission modes are achieved by the grounded via holes with specific sizes and positions on each loaded-stub. Based on the simulation, the good ability of obvious transmission modes suppression in stub-loaded periodic structure verifies the potential and feasibility of the proposed method in BPF design.
