摘要
An experiment was carried out to test the effect of foliar application of humic acid at three concentration levels 0, 2 and 4 ml.l(-1) and three levels of ascorbic acid 0, 40 and 80 mg.l(-1) on growth and flowers production of freesia plant. Foliar spray was done at three stages i.e. three leaves stage, after 21 days from the first spray and third spray was applied after 21 days from the second spray. The results showed that foliar application of humic acid at 4 ml.l(-1) with ascorbic acid at 40 ml.l(-1) resulted in an increase in the shoot dry weight, leaf total chlorophyll, leaf carbohydrates content, number of florescent, length of florescent, stalk of florescent diameter, number of florescent, florescent diameter and vase life.
