摘要
Cr and Ce co-doped ZnO (Zn0.95Cr0.03Ce0.02O) nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by sol-gel method with different annealing temperature. The structure, photoluminescence and ferromagnetic properties of the Zn0.95Cr0.03Ce0.02O nanoparticles were studied in detail. The results demonstrated that the Cr and Ce ions were incorporated into ZnO successfully when annealing temperature kept at 600 degrees C and 700 degrees C. Increasing the annealing temperature increased to 800 degrees C, Ce related secondary phase would appear in samples. With the increase of annealing temperature (600 degrees C and 700 degrees C), the intensity of the ultraviolet (UV) emission peak and the visible emission peak were significantly enhanced. The Zn0.95Cr0.03Ce0.02O samples exhibited the room-temperature ferromagnetic property at different annealing temperature, in addition, with the increase of annealing temperature, the saturation magnetization (M-s) increased.
