摘要
The aim of the work subject to this paper is to develop an advanced FE-simulation model to meet the specific requirements of precision forging processes modelling for increasing the accuracy of the results. Existing friction and heat transfer laws which describe the intermediate layer are not appropriate, regarding simulation accuracy. Therefore, based on the Design of Experiments a new friction and a new heat transfer law are developed. For this, an innovative indirect measurement device is developed which has no influence on the intermediate layer conditions and is suitable for meaningful measurements. The intermediate layer laws which permit the local determination of the intermediate layer quantities are suitable for the implementation in FE-simulation models and enable an improved simulation accuracy.
