摘要
This article provides a diagnosis of social needs using the Delphi Method in the city of Malaga, Spain. We have included a reliable expert's panel opinion in the field of social and community intervention, aiming to objectively analyze, detect and diagnose social needs. The needs addressed are distributed in two sections extracted from the SIUSS (Social insertion; Loneliness, isolation and self-care); and a third section, which purpose is to make future predictions (New needs). Sixteen experts' views have been collected throughout two rounds of consultation and feedback, using a double analysis of the data (qualitative and quantitative). In addition, a content validity analysis was performed using the McNemar, Aiken V and Variation Coefficient tests. The obtained results provide information about the city of Malaga's social reality, allowing for intervention planning in the present time and shedding light on future research directions.
