摘要
Green Business Model Innovation need very strong cross interdisciplinary, open and trusted green business model innovation competences. The classical 4 competence groups Technologies, Human Resources, Organizational Systems and Culture have to be transformed into green business model competences by the business itself but also as proposed the business value network. This is however a great challenge to do and to measure transparently but with advanced green technologies this can be achieved and potentially made into green core competences. In literature and practice there have not yet been much focus on how to transform Business Model technology competences into green business model technology competences. Further it has not been possible to see which business model technology competences are most valuable to design and reconfigure to increase the capability to do green business model innovation efficient, green and fair. The paper focus on What are the green business model innovation competence requirement and challenges and how are they related to green business model technology competences? The paper report on findings from different Green Business Model Innovation projects and discuss what important role future green technologies can play in Green Business Model innovation and transformation.
