摘要
The public administrative departments and private-owned departments (private organizations) are two basic types of social organizations and domains in management, which are subjected to the study of organization and the management. Thus, they share some mutually benefited qualities, like, management theory, approaches and managerial modes. This article analyzes China's official performance system of evaluation, assesses the enterprise performance appraisal system with reference to the practice of foreign governments and provides some rational proposals on introducing the enterprise performance appraisal system to Chinese government.
