摘要
This paper presents the design of an inductorless wideband LNA for multistandard wireless applications including WiFi, Bluetooth, GSM and WCDMA. The circuit uses a current reuse shunt-shunt feedback architecture with a feedforward path in order to improve the input matching, gain and noise figure (NF) simultaneously. The amplifier has been fabricated in standard 65nm CMOS technology and operates under a 1.2 V supply voltage. The achievable peak gain is 16 dB with a 3 dB bandwidth between 100 MHz and 5 GHz, while the input matching provides a S-11 <= -9 dB between 100 MHz and 10 GHz. The noise figure is kept below 5 dB until the frequency of 9.5 GHz. The linearity of the amplifier gives an input P-1dB and IIP3 of -17 dBm and -6 dBm respectively. The power consumption is only 6.3 mW. The area of the chip occupies only 0.1 mm(2) with pads included.
