摘要
Importance of human resources grows. That is why regular and systematic development of employees is needed. Managers nowadays are aware of this fact and want to measure the impact of investment into the employee development. There are various methods and measurables for expressing dependence between the investment to employee development and company success. Various scientists, upon their researches, decided, that the most effective is ROI method.
