摘要：

The competitions of science and technology, which in the final analysis are competitions of talents, are the mainly competitions of contemporary ones. University/College is the cradle of talents that it provides lots of persons with ability to our society. It is a significant base for the development of science and technology. Therefore, it is necessary and pressing to realize the reformation to our universities. In this paper, we analyzed the reasons, measures, disadvantages and modifications that our country changed from planned economy to market economy, in order to promote the higher education in our country to develop healthily and quickly.
