摘要
This study investigates the main effect of demographic variables, Job satisfaction (JS), organizational commitment (OC) on turnover intention (TI) and the relationship between demographic variables, JS, OC and TI based on a survey of 185 construction managers in China. Only JS and OC significantly and negatively influenced TI while all of demographic variables had no significant effects on TI. Finally, a simple prediction model of turnover was developed based on the result of multiple regression analysis. This model can help human resource managers to understand how to reduce the rate of turnover and keep good performance employees in the construction industry.
