摘要
We present the biomolecular imaging by using a terahertz pulse apertureless near-field microscope (MY NFM) with a nanometer resolution. THz NFM provides TRz spectral imaging as well as topography of the nanostructured sample surface. By scanning the probe over a single biomolecular nonoparticle, the THz images and the scattering spectra were obtained.
