摘要：

In recent years, employment of college students become the focus of attention, and have introduced various policies to promote employment, but the idea remains to be further expanded. Entrepreneurial thinking is precisely a very important breakthrough spot to solve the current problems of employment of university graduates, and it mainly includes win-win thinking, forward-thinking, integrated thinking and crisis thinking etc. Colleges and universities need to learn and introduce this thinking, establish the win-win concept, enhance the forward-thinking, foster the integrated thinking and enhance the crisis thinking, in order to better carry out employment of current college students.
