摘要：
This note suggests three additions to the above paper. First, the B-theta in the fields (E(z), E(r), B-theta) of axially symmetric E mode is shown, Secondly, an analytical formula, which can calculate the amplitude of electric field E(0) from a given axial voltage V-axis is derived. Thirdly, discontinuity problems in practical applications of the above paper are discussed.
