摘要
Inertial manifolds for retarded second order in time evolution equations were presented. A Lyapunov-Perron method was used to construct inertial manifolds. The dynamical system generated by the evolution equation was studied. Theorems proved the existence of an asymptotically complete inertial manifold provided the time delay was small enough.
