摘要：
English is one of the most important information carriers. The reform of college English teaching mode is the inevitable result of the development of information technology. Normative management is the key to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of college English teaching reform. This thesis probes into the normative management of college English teaching mode, aiming to improve college students' English comprehensive application ability and teachers' overall teaching and research quality.
