Simulation of the reflection of centimeter radio waves from an object located near the rough sea surface

摘要：
A technique is proposed for simulation of the envelope of the signal reflected from an object located near the rough sea surface. An analytical expression is derived for the correlation function (CF) of fluctuations of the effective target area. It is shown that the results of simulation of the reflection process coincide with the results of in-situ measurements.
