摘要：
Under the authority of the Residential Lend-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992, the Environmental Protection Agency has promulgated new regulations which define the elements of a model state program for lead-based paint inspection, risk assessment, and abatement professionals. This model state program must be adopted by states within two years or the EPA will assume enforcement authority within that state.
