摘要：

Both Theory of State and Constitutional Law during inter-war times in Germany are developed throughout two clearly delimited stages, separated by Hitler's coming into office and preceded by a time of warlike instability and revolutionary turmoil. The present paper aims at offering a panoramic vision of their development, establishing links with the political reality of the time, the essential theoretical formulations and the academic structures through which both theories are expressed.
