摘要
Light scattering is a powerful tool to analyze relaxational processes and vibrational excitations in glasses. This paper presents an overview about relaxational and vibrational processes in amorphous materials, followed by a more specific discussion about the aspects related to the analysis of Brillouin light scattering and low frequency Raman scattering.
