摘要
The article covers a study of dynamic behavior of a vibration protection system with a controlled stiffener represented by a linear DC motor (LDCM). It also considers a dual-mass oscillation system with parallel layout of stiffeners and viscous friction elements (Kelvin circuit diagram). With due regard to the assumptions made, the authors have obtained mathematical models represented by transfer functions. In the disturbances channel, the models obtained for the input and output variables were represented by the mount acceleration, and the protected object acceleration, respectively; in the control channel, the models obtained for the input and output variables were represented by the extended force impact coming from the LDCM, and the protected object acceleration, respectively. A design of a closed-loop vibration protection system aimed at vibrational acceleration of the protected object was developed. Based on a simulation model complying with the obtained mathematical models, the authors have analyzed the efficiency of the developed system with integral and proportional plus integral control law controllers. Using the obtained data on system efficiency, the authors have defined recommendations for use of the said controllers in a vibration protection system with LDCM.
