Chemical composition of the oil of Eremostachys laciniata (L.) Bunge from Iran

摘要
Hydrodistilled volatile oil from the aerial parts of Eremostachys laciniata (L.) (Labiatae) was obtained at yield of 0.9% w/w, based on dry weight. The oil was analysed by a combination of GC and GC-MS. Nineteen compounds were identified, representing approximately 91.2% of the total oil. The main constituents of the essential oil were dodecanol (72.5%), widdroll (2.4%), germacrene B (1.9%), thujopsene (1.9%) and linalool (1.7%). Copyright (c) 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
